Case: This former co-op community built in the 1970’s needed preserving and renovating. We
took 200 affordable housing units and redesigned them to become market rent apartments. We visioned a complete interior remodel for all 200 units and designed the new clubhouse with a media center, fitness center, and clubroom for the community common areas.

Case: As plans came together for phase one of a total renovation for two senior highrise buildings built in the 1980’s, we were asked to refresh furniture pieces on a limited budget. Our team sprang into action, renovating the design and feel of the main lobby common area, selecting a mix of merchandise to create an attractive, livable space for residents.
