Case: Case: This former co-op community built in the 1970’s needed preserving and renovating. We took 200 affordable housing units and fully redesigned them to become market rent apartments. We visioned a complete interior remodel for all 200 units and designed the new clubhouse with a conference room, fitness center, and clubroom for the community common areas.
