Case: This former co-op community built in the 1970’s needed preserving and renovating. We
took 200 affordable housing units and redesigned them to become market rent apartments. We visioned a complete interior remodel for all 200 units and designed the new clubhouse with a media center, fitness center, and clubroom for the community common areas.

Case: This senior housing lobby and common space needed a “budget friendly” facelift. We reimagined an unused space In the lobby and replaced it with a freestanding piece of statement artwork. In the common space, we mixed reupholstered and new pieces to create a fresh look and gave the area a new coat of paint, designer lighting and flooring for a visually dynamic, yet cozy feel.
